Founded in 2005, our journey began when our owner, a proud St. Mary’s County native, and her husband—a skilled sheet metal worker and proud Union 602 member—set out to build a competitive HVAC company with a strong commitment to quality and reliability.
In 2019, we proudly became a woman-owned business, bringing a new level of creativity and perspective to our mission. With her vision and his deep technical expertise and charismatic leadership, they’ve created a dynamic partnership that continues to fuel our growth. Now, with their son Roc Jr. joining the team and quickly becoming an essential force in the company, our legacy continues to thrive through the next generation.
