Service Contract Option

Two Maintenance Visits: $300
Our service contract option offers two preventative maintenance appointments annually - one in the spring for your air conditioning system and another in the fall for your furnace or heat pump. You’ll also enjoy the additional benefits below that come with a service contract.
Our two-visit service contract includes:
- One preventative maintenance visit in the spring for your AC unit
- One preventative maintenance visit in the fall for your heat pump or furnace
- Priority customer status - which gets you guaranteed same or next-day emergency service and access to an unlisted emergency number
- 25% off all repairs (parts and labor)
- 10% off all system replacements
- Chemical cleaning on your outdoor AC unit in the spring (or evaporator coils of your heat pump system)
- Convenient maintenance scheduling reminders via phone and/or email
One-Time Preventative Maintenance Visit
Fall Furnace/Heat Pump Maintenance: $120
We'll ensure your furnace or heat pump is up, running, and ready for winter during our one-time preventative maintenance visit in the fall.
Our fall furnace/heat pump maintenance plan includes:
- Thermostat operation check
- Customer-supplied filters replaced
- Customer-supplied humidifier pad replaced
- Temperature difference between return and supply tested
- Correct airflow setting check
- Burners cleaned and adjusted
- Flame sensor assembly cleaned
- Outlet gas pressure tested and adjusted
- Operation of safety and operating controls tested and adjusted
- Flue pipe and gas valve inspected
- Gas leak check
- All wiring and connections tested and inspected
- Blower motor and amperage draw check
- Carbon monoxide levels tested
- Dampers turned to heating positions
- Mini-split systems
One-Time Preventative Maintenance Visit
Spring Air Conditioning System Maintenance: $120
We'll ensure your air conditioning system is up, running, and ready for summer during our one-time preventative maintenance visit in the spring.
Our spring AC maintenance plan includes:
- Outdoor AC coil inspected
- Indoor evaporator coil inspected
- Thermostat operation check
- Customer-supplied filters replaced
- Customer-supplied UV lights replaced
- Temperature difference between return and supply tested
- Correct airflow setting check
- Condensation drain flush to help protect against overflow
- Evaporator coil and drain pan inspected
- Inspection of start and run capacitors and relays for bulges, rust, and leaks
- Compressor and fan motor check for proper amperage draw
- Inspection of fuses in high-voltage disconnect
- All wires and connections tested and inspected
- Blower motor and amperage draw checked
- Refrigerant level and pressure checked
- Capacitors checked for proper UF capacity
Mitsubishi Electric Ductless Preventative Maintenance
Mitsubishi Electric Ductless Maintenance: $125 Per Hour, Per Indoor Unit
Preventative maintenance is 100% necessary for your ductless mini split system to maintain optimal comfort, drive energy efficiency through the heating months, and protect your HVAC investment.
Due to the compact, efficient size of these units, additional time, tools, and attention are required to clean them properly. That's why we charge by the hour for their preventative maintenance. It typically takes 45 minutes to an hour to clean each unit, but the time can vary depending on the level of cleaning required. Our rate is $125 per hour, per indoor unit.
